Ecstatic dance is a free form of dance/body movement. Allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the "grace" or beauty of the dance. Getting lost in the dance, into a space of no-mind.
Without the need to follow specific steps, release yourself to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes you.
This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts, and you get to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement.
Ecstatic dance is an inner/outer journey, an authentic moving meditation where presence and ecstasy can be experienced.
