Loose Leaf Tea

To Make: Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 8 oz of water over 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea. Cover. steep for 10-12 minutes, then strain. We love adding a sqeeze of lemon juice & honey or agave to sweeten. Alternatively use a tea infuser too steep. Drink 30 minutes before bed.

Notes:  For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered).

Use 1 teaspoon of tea blend for mild taste. Use 2 teaspoons for more powerful taste. (We like two!)
